This only changes some formatting, whitespace, etc.. There are no
changes to the functionality.

c7b377080c Use "#!/usr/bin/env bash" shebang instead of "#!/bin/bash" 
All python scripts start with `#!/usr/bin/env python3` so I did the same
for a bash script.
